Jessica brings a dozen years of experience in real estate and interior design to her role as Principal at HomeFile. Previously, she was the in-house transaction coordinator at Redfin.
Jessica's extensive knowledge of systems and processes allows everyone to work smarter, not harder. A New Orleans transplant, Jessica uses her Southern charm to guide everyone through the contract to close process with humor and grace.
Mary Frances joined Homefile after several years as an in-house TC with a top producing Keller Williams team and a Compliance Administrator for an independent brokerage. A previous small business owner, she is passionate about helping agent-entrepreneurs grow their businesses and understands the power of having the right leverage on your side.
Growing up in a Navy family, Mary Frances has lived all over the country, attending 9 different schools before graduating in the Virginia Beach area. Since then, she has continued to explore and live in new places, earning her BA in International Studies from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009, and traveling extensively throughout the US and abroad.
Her background in sales and training, passion for continuing education, and her own frequent moves have made the real estate industry a natural fit.

Stephanie has developed the skills and understanding for agent and client needs. Previously, Stephanie worked for Long & Foster as an Administrative Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Agent Services Coordinator, and Transaction Coordinator.
She was a key contributor for the in-house transaction coordinating the pilot program for Long & Foster's DC and Montgomery County regional offices. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Stephanie's valuable best practices have led her to work effectively with top producing agents.
Stephanie has a Master's in Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Outside of real estate, Stephanie spends her days with her children and involved in the family floral business.
